Absolutely, Yes! You can add users anytime, mid-cycle. The cost will be prorated based on the number of days left in your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). So you only pay for what you actually use.
Yes! You can delete users anytime or reduce additional users licenses anytime or before your next renewal. Simple and fair.
You won’t get a refund for the current cycle (month/year), but since your additional user subscription stays live, you can add a user anytime. Just remember to reduce additional user subscription before the next renewal. We believe in transparent and predictable billing.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time, the amount is calculated at prorata basis for the remaining days of your existing plan.
Sorry, we do not offer refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. But you will retain access until the end of your paid period.
Just go to the License page and add branch subscription. Like users, branches can be added/deleted anytime.
If you don’t renew in time, your account goes unaccessible.
You have 30 days to renew your account, beyond which your data goes into our cold storage. You can still retrive data from our archive by paying reactivation charges. All data until the day of expiry is safely restored.
Yes! the system auto sends reminders to the super admin Email IDs 15 Days before expiry and a few reminders on and after the expiry date
